The author of this book deserves a reward for the most frustrating book ever written. Many of the plots make little to no since. When a country is being invaded a demon comes to aid to protect that said country. The author than acts like the country being invaded would be more worried about the demon than the force wanting to wipe them off the earth.
He will than get you super invested in characters only to make them die or become a coward when they are needed most. The fact that the author thinks the whole planet, including the immortals, wouldn’t rise up against someone turning living people into zombie slaves is beyond stupid.
Yes countries and the immortals hate the demon because he goes to war but a necromancer is perfectly okay, like what? The action also never takes off unless is the bad guy mercilessly killing people. Want to hear a story where the hero kicks ass? Definitely not this book. Overall reminds me of life, way to long and pretty much pointless.
