I have immensely enjoyed all the Cradle books, but this book is the only one I can listen to over and over again. Dreadgod is a close second for me, that’s my second fav so far. My take on relistening to the books.
1-6 Linden is basically being bullied by stronger cultivators, makes for great story but a frustrating reread.
7 Pacing is a bit slow, and Linden is basically just getting used to his new power. The last fight is still my all time favorite though. 3rd fav
9,10 The gang spends most of these suppressed. Heroes being weakened to me makes for bad reread.
11, No complaints for reread just prefer Wintersteel.
