I like Lynsay Sands. But this book was different from what I usually read from her. The narrator was really good. I’m not really fond of male narrators, but this one did a pretty good job. There was a few words or ways that he talked that were kind of annoying, but overall great job. The story was OK. It had the mystery, “who done it”, the budding romance, and the lovemaking scenes were not trashy or smutty. Like I mentioned, the book was different than what I usually read by this author. I’m not really sure if I cared for the two main characters. They were both presented as a little dim witted. And that didn’t really change throughout the whole story. A little disappointing. Most of the stars are simply for narration.
