It gave me the ick!

I couldnt even finish this book. I actually stopped listening and tried going back thinking maybe Id been too harsh but nope. It gave me the ick!

Maybe it wasnt the writer’s intention but the whole thing felt like grooming. It didnt help that the narrator used the same baby voice for Wavy through out the whole thing. It always sounds like a small child with this young man which makes it even ickier as the story goes on.
