This installment in the series wasn’t as good as the previous books. It lacked depth and seemed to lumber along with a lot of unnecessary and uninteresting fill.
I fell asleep a few times.
There was a small amount of backstory added for one character toward the end, but as often happens with long series – it could have been included in the previous book or the next one.
