I have been dying to listen to Isaac’s story for months, and it was so worth the wait!

Isaac is such a beautiful but lost soul, afraid and lost after starting his journey to recovery from alcohol abuse, he doesn’t feel he fits in the world he knows anymore, as sober. It doesn’t help that the Salvatore brothers don’t seem to catch a breath! This time it’s a blood mage putting them in danger, and Isaac needs to brush on his magic, which has lain dormant for years.

Constantine Batiste is a 2000 years old vampire. He’s powerful and seemingly distant and aloof. But when he meets Isaac the pull to the young sorcerer is too strong to deny.

With Constans at his side, Isaac grows stronger and together they will help Angelo and the rest of the crew face the blood mage threatening the lives of mortals and vampires in Boston.

Joel’s narration is absolutely amazing and gave the book the extra kick to make it a full 5 star read for me!
