The story is told from a woman’s point of view, but the male narrator does a terrible job with her voice. He sounds like a caricature of a man doing a woman’s voice. It’s distracting from a great story.
He isn’t even all that great with the male voices. Half of them sound like they should be in a old-time gangster movie.
