I’ve listened to many litRPG series and it’s always refreshing to find a new perspective on the genre. The world building and leveling is cohesive and much as to be expected from a strong series with the exception of the circumstances for the litRPG elements in this unique story. I appreciate the origin of the worlds structure is outlined from as early as chapter one with a backstory usually reserved for the end of a series, but with enough mystery and unknowns to carry the series through multiple books. The characters are likable and the narration is top shelf, if a little slow (1.25-1.5 speed needed). This one is worth a listen and has the length to more than earn your credit.
