These authors are superb with creating intricate winding subplot lines, within each book, and within the series. Don’t get me wrong; there is always a main plot. However, characters, motives, and subplots are intertwined and make it hard to understand how in the world they came up with them. It is mind blowing to me, as well as truly amazing.

You won’t be able to avoid emotional attachments to the characters! I have loved at least one character in each book, and while being introduced to a few more characters, characters from previous books have made a comeback.

I feel that the interpretation of the book of Revelation is plausible, but not really biblical. I am not an expert, but I have studied the prophecies for hundreds of hours. The pale horse is not the last seal judgement; it is the fourth seal judgement. However, it is the last of the horsemen. While I realize the fall of the US doesn’t necessarily jive with the fall of the world (the Tribulation), there is no scripture that gives us any info about where the US is during that time. This is also the time that the antiChrist comes on the scene, which is ignored in the book. I kind of feel that if prophecy was going to be used, it should all be used, but I realize this is a work of fiction. Please remember that, and maybe do your own studying of the Bible to figure out your own ideas of what’s to come. Anyway, sorry for the diversion but I felt I needed to speak to this. Overall, it is a fabulous book and I can’t wait for the next one!
