Full disclosure: There is very little in the sci-fi genre that I do not like. That being said, this book just rocked. Jake Bible took sci-fi intergalactic thrills to a whole “notha” level!

From the opening sequence to the very last words spoken, this book was just one thrilling intergalactic mystery after another. There were plenty of bad guys to go around and through it all, Roak, the bounty hunter, made it look easy.

The narrator was absolutely incredible!!! Not only did Andrew Wehrlen handle the extremely masculine voice of Roak, but he gave us a sassy female A.I. and several different types of alien life. How one person could handle that much diversity and make it believable must be acknowledged. Just incredible.

Where ever you fall on the sci-fi scale, this listen will not disappoint.
