Just in case you were getting too comfortable with the world building and relationships introduced in book 1, this next offering takes everything to the next level up (literally). The stakes are larger, revenge is closer, and strangely our hero appears to be going native and accepting his new life as a goblin, as things start to heat up with his huntress. While not egregious or too detailed, this unorthodox relationship does take the listener right up to the line (only placing a few toes over said line without going overboard as in other LitRPG offerings). Overall, another 5 star listen.
