The first is the best of the series (I couldn’t get past book six). The story is original and well thought out. However, there are two horrible aspects to the writing/editing 1) cliche characters out the wazoo and 2) extreme amounts of repetitive writing. If the author would hire a reputable editor/coach, this could be a real contender and reach a broader market vs just preaching to the choir … where the underlying message could really be useful. I greatly applaud the goal, but the execution is extremely amateur.
