I gave this 4 stars bc I liked the story, & about it being demons and “angels” but I really did not like the heroine of this story. I did not see or feel any character development with her. To me she was just pampered all the way, didn’t even mature into her powers, or use them, and yet everyone kept saying she was super powerful. & honestly Kellan’s love for her was a bit odd, maybe it was bc of how the story started but I couldn’t see his love for her as a lover but rather more just as a protective guardian instead.
