This starts with a very interesting premise, and is, overall, a very good popcorn-style novel. But the narrator is very one note. Another reviewer said he has a “radio DJ” voice and that sums it up perfectly. Great for announcing a monster truck rally in 30 second bursts, but not for eight hour novel reads. I will be reading more of Robinson’s novels, though.
