To me, much of this book is boring. Why I like it is, by listening in small doses, I can take in the continuation from the first book from Robert Monroe. Finding that his first book led to the building of the Monroe Institute in Virginia and that many studies were performed there and that he with the assistance of others was able to cultivate and assist so many others in the out of body experiences and personal discovery. I like that. Listening to some of the personal travels of Monroe was too personal and not so interesting, like his child hood trike ride in a thunder storm, narrated as a child would tell. Those parts were not helpful or interesting because I believe that they were moments only for the authors personal reflection not a reading or listening audience. It was like listening to my own personal growth periods being shared public. Not information necessary for others to hear.
