Interesting enough story but the worst narrator!

I could barely get through the story because the narrator was so awful!! Firstly, why is the narrator a man when the story is told through the point of view of a woman?? Also, oh my lord, this man could not pick an accent for the characters and stick with it! I mean the accents he tried to choose didn’t even make sense in the first place (a southern accent for a Boston girl and for a Colorado man?) but the least he could is keep them consistent.

The plot is entertaining enough. A cool twist on a classic story.
