- Would you consider the audio edition of The Last Good Place to be better than the print version?
- I didn’t read the print version
- Would you be willing to try another book from Robin Burcell? Why or why not?
- Only if I was sure that there would not be crude and offensive language in it.
- What about Travis Baldree’s performance did you like?
- Excellent narration and voice characters!
- Any additional comments?
- It’s a good detective’s story, but I couldn’t continue listening after the first cursing of God’s name, for which there were no warnings about language where I requested this audiobook. I can’t enjoy listening to a book knowing there will probably be more offensive and crude language. It’s a shame to have wasted my time listening to several chapters to not being able to finish the book. Good writing doesn’t need to actually use bad language to convey its message.
I received this audio-book free for an honest review by the author, narrator, or publisher. Next time, please give a warning to your potential readers/listeners. Thanks.
