The storyline was interesting. The Narrator did a fantastic job.
There were too many “side short stories” that took you out of the moment. It seemed like every single chapter had one that didn’t really add to the book.
I also didn’t like how the gods were watching the main character and literally pulling out popcorn.
There were some absolutely wonderful comedic moments that had me laughing out loud. While I enjoyed the book, I don’t think I’ll listen to the next one.
