I really like the concept of the the accidental king pin, created almost by accident from a fast food manager with a gift that had never been that effective before slavery became a thing again.
But the endless lists of assets got very sleep inducing till the point where I had to listen to the final chapters 3 times in order to get to the finish.
The fighting was also too repetitive, I got the point very early, and would have preferred the author to address some of the “hangers”, his family, the gift etc., rather than suffer through yet another battle.
Will not be purchasing coming volumes.
