Didn’t realize that this was an RPG story written like a game, including spoken stats. It took a while to get over Ulrick checking his inventory and the loud “Critical Hit” or “Instant Death” announcements. I loved that he was so grungy and gritty. Wish Wolf had more mind points to help round out his character. the female’s speech sounded out of character in both of her Sam roles. And the story ended on a too abrupt note.
