I feel like I’m actually still processing the genius of this book.
If you like romance? Got it with a beautiful coming out story, light age gap and office romance between a Federal Judge and US Federal Marshal.
And then, when you’re starting to wonder how so much has happened but there’s so much of the book left and what’s this gonna actu- oh s***, you get Sparta Kicked with the plot and all hell breaks loose.
THEN comes this really cool story of them trying to juggle their relationship and all the complications with the weight of the world on their shoulders. And if you’re like me and you enjoy a good true crime show/docu, you’ll really enjoy the second half of this book.
I was genuinely blown away by how interested and invested I became in this book and these characters.
