The overall story is pretty good. My problems come from the author. He must think we readers are idiots. Because he explains things over and over and over. But the biggest annoyance is that the MC is Supposed to be the genius in engineering and several over things yet is he continuously makes idiots choices none stop. Oh and of course he is does want to actually kill the main bad guys or allow them to die from his allies, so they continue to kill millions.
I’m almost positive that most of us ever saw him after knowing his choices , would kick him in the nuts.
