The work reads like a lefty religious wet dream. So many passages made me cringe as I saw buzz-wordy wishfu/magical thinking ( block chain, cooperatives, progressive economic policy , anti-capitalism ) tidily solving all problems . An unintentional consequence was to help me understand some of the anti-science right’s sense of the left’s religiosity.
