Mom always told me, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.” But, I just can’t hold my tongue this time. This 24+ hour book was definitely NOT WORTH 1 Audible credit. I only listened to the whole book because I paid for it.
The multiple storylines are hackneyed to say the least. It’s like 3 episodes of Criminal Minds glued together – and not in a good way. The narrator compounds the problems. His voice ranges from Kathryn Hepburn (for several characters) to Dudley Do-Right (for Gideon) and his reading is laughably melodramatic. Sure wish I hadn’t spent this month’s credit on Say You’re Sorry.
