I love post-apocalyptic books. This book follows a few characters’ stories, and I’m particularly enjoying the Warren family. While pretty “prepared,” there aren’t the long boring discussions of ammunition that you sometimes find in other prepper books. I’m enjoying the look at the neighborhood and the interactions that take place there, which seem like they might be pretty realistic. The characterizations are great! Very well-developed personalities.
