I’m not sure you can go wrong with a good shifter romance, especially one involving dragons. This one was short and to the point. I usually read much longer works, but must admit that a quickie was just as satisfying. Conner Brown has nice deep voice that works well when playing the alpha male role. Unfortunately, his voice seemed to go an octave higher when speaking the male parts. This made the character seem less alpha, for lack of a better term. With that being said, he still did a great job narrating both male and female parts. I am looking forward to listening to Sarah J. Stone’s next book in the series.
