I was not sure what to expect out of this book….

I was not sure what to expect out of this book. I pretty much just picked it up on a whim because it was on deal of the day. But holy crap I was missing out I loved the story it was both creative and immersively entertaining. While this is not one of those books where the MC is super OP but he’s got some skills and though you get only brief look into the MC childhood you get the feeling of the lessons he learned. the other Hidden Gem that I found in this book was how rich thought out each of the characters they all felt unique and in no way cookie cutter which was absolutely amazing for me to the point in a part of the book I scream Noooo. The interplay between the crew was phenomenal the author truly hit it 100% on the nose extremely well done. Overall I highly highly recommend this book I know I will be checking out the others in the series.
