While I agree there was some issue with the sound in this book, it didn’t bother me like it did some. It sounded like some later overdubbing wasn’t properly mixed. Joel Leslie still did a superb job, as always.

I really enjoy the relationship between the characters. Blue and Levi, of course, but I also mean with the tertiary characters too. They are finding family together and it adds warmth under the tension/fear of the supernatural mystery.

The author seems to be setting the groundwork for a series and I hope I’m right. I would love to spend more time with these characters, figuring out ghostly mysteries!
