I really wanted to love this book.

I really wanted to love this book, because I am always looking for a good series to get hooked on.

Unfortunately, the story is only ok, but the narration was just awful. I did manage to finish the book, but I wanted to poke out my eardrums every time the main character spoke. The pretend accent was unbearable.
