The narration just makes this better. Joel Leslie is absolutely sublime with great character voices, and impressive emotional range, terrific timing and pacing. Things that annoyed me when reading fell away completely when listening.That’s just how good Joel Leslie is.
There’s something about the “Curl Up and Dye Mysteries” series that pulls me in like a tractor beam. I love the supporting characters and seeing Josh and Gabe reach their full relationship potential is addicting.
Note that “Something to Dye For” ends with another mild cliffhanger ending that sets up the next book “Dyed and Gone to Heaven”. Hopefully book 3 will be recorded and released soon.
