But this has become contrived IMHO.
It was great for the first few “missions” but now it’s just not any fun and I think the author is really pushing the limits of what’s interesting and what’s just filler.
I feel like every character is more interesting than Esper is and she’s the MC. You’re doing it wrong when everyone/thing is more interesting than your MC.
