There’s excitement and drama, but this book isn’t quite as brutal as the others in the series. I like all of the characters, each one is from very different backgrounds. I like the family dynamics as it portrays a “real” family. There’s more different problems than I’ve found in most survivalist books. For example: the tarantula migration….who woulda thunk?
