I like the similarities to the original D film.

I was annoyed with some of the steamy scenes in the way they were portrayed. It just felt like they were jokingly taunting each other (not taking it seriously but as a joke, like they were smirking the whole time) not desiring and longing for each other. To me the tone was slightly off in some of the scenes not all. But overall I enjoyed the whole thing. On to book 2!
