the description of many spells do not match what the characters do with them, a prime example is haste…moving 30% would not allow one to watch explosions move in slow motion or allow you to move so quickly other people wouldn’t see you coming. maybe if haste was a 3000% increase in speed it might do something like that but a slight movement increase is like walking at jogging speed which wouldn’t amount to a very powerful buff.
