One of the things I dislike most in a book are time skips and complete dismantling of a character. It was automatic drop to 8/10 at the very beginning of the book with all the time skips. Then it dropped a 7 out of 10 when one of the characters just became a boring prisoner. It dropped again to 6 out of 10 with the awkward relationship situations. It dropped down to 4 out of 10 with the whole retconning of the main character. Basically making everything he’s ever done And experienced pointless. For the last point is sidelining the other main character. The author’s writing is good. The choices he’s made for the story and its direction are awful. Quite frankly, I’m disappointed. Tragedy should be added to this books description genre. Excessive power scaling issues. I can say he did one thing better this book then the last ones and that’s separating the stats from the chapter. I hope this helps future listeners expectations keep them low.¯_ಠ_ಠ_/¯
