I’ve been listening to the story thus far about the development of Jason, Riley, and Frank. Two guys and a girl. Then suddenly, without warning, we are directed to a new trio, two guys and a girl. It is very close to telling the same story over again. several of mine friends have made note, that the books can be a drinking game. Every time the pieces of the puzzle or a weight in the stomach is mentioned you take a drink. The characters seem a bit more monochrome; all think and approach problens the same way. I will give it another book but I think it was unwise to develop three characters only to start a new story just as they’ve started to realized their potential.
