This is not my typical genre, but I stuck it out and ended up enjoying the story and the narration. The story is kind of cheesy sometimes but that is kind of expected in fantasy stories. Normally I like sci-fi, and I have to say the chance this book has some sort of sci-fi tie in kept my interest.. maybe I am wrong about that. I would say this book is worth taking a shot on especially because the narrator seems like a perfect fit and does a great job.
