Where to begin? I didn’t like the narrator at first, but he definitely grew on me. I absolutely loved this story and could not put it down. Even after it became repetitive and Abigail seemed utterly unable to make a decision and constantly seemed bewildered and overwhelmed. I kept on, because I was waiting for the big payout at the end. I loved the sexual tension until it became exhausting. When Abigail still refused Valroy even as he begged her to stay with him and it was the end of the book I felt duped. It only grew worse when I realized that there were still 2 more books to read and neither of them looked like Abigail was going to give in to her feelings for Valroy. I think for closure sake, I’ll skip books 2 and 3 and just finish 4.
