I’m obviously in the minority here because people are raving about this book but it just did not hit for me at all. The “comedy” was try hard, Carl is boring, the world is also boring. I’ve listened to 8 chapters and all he’s done is open loot boxes and go through the tutorial. The most boring parts of a game. I know I’m not super far into the book but I honestly don’t see myself continuing. Like I said I know I’m in the minority here but it misses the mark for me big time.
