Well written. Very left leaning, the only reason for the low stars is because of my point of view. He states people should not receive extra pay and/or rewards for being more superior then their peers. He also states that we should not have competition in society, in my opinion that is a terrible idea. Humans are weak minded creatures and without competition or goals they will not continue to improve and prosper. If their is no reward or no incentive, humans tend to do bare minimum work. Especially in 2023.
