When I got to he end of this book, after reading about all of the boys Megan has taken over the course of this story, needless to say, I was taken aback by what happens! I was so not expecting that!!
Megan walks into her home after being away, to find all the lights on, another woman in her kitchen, and her husband and daughter nowhere to be found! Once she discovered they were at the emergency room… she tells the woman in her kitchen to leave.. she races to find her daughter. This day begins a journey she never would have imagined… one that devastates her. Garret is a friend from high school, her daughters surgeon. He stays by her through all of the hits she takes from that day forward.
This story rocked me. One of the guys this woman suffered might have ended someone less strong. Megan just keeps moving forward. This is such a wonderful story! There are so many twists and turns in the story. Garret is a fantastic person and is just what she needs when she needs it!
That ending though. You’ll never see it coming!
