I was a fan of the Crave series, and was excited for the Calder Academy spin-off. This story had a lot of potential, but there is way too much going on. It was incredibly hard to follow, and the ending threw way too much at the reader. The narrators were great, my complaints are with the story. Come on Tracy, you can do better!! I don’t think I’ll be reading book 2 when it comes out.
