I wish I had known today this series had such a Christian lean to it; the summary’s single hint (a prophetic dream) escaped my notice.
This series kinda sucks. Where other prepper based books have great survival tips bundled into their stories, this one had precious few, and none of them are very good. Things are explained away with hand waving and prayer the same way SciFi books use nanites.
I find the series massively underwhelming and will probably not finish them before I return them.
