While there was plenty to like about this novel, there was also plenty to dislike. Mainly, the voice of Mike. I agree with other reviewers in that the main female character was ridiculous and unrealistic. I get the whole bad girl, mature beyond your years but this character just didn’t pull it off in a believable manner. This could have been a five star novel with proper plot development and good character development. Sadly, the author seemed to take her cues from cheap porn and not real life drama.
