I was eager to read this book after recently reading “Dreamland” and it did not disappoint. What stands out to me the most is that it illuminates the fighting spirit of America, that we have always been the underdog in the fight and continue to be, as those who prey on us with unprecedented evil evolve and change forms. The book made me cry, with the heartbreaking but at the same time heartwarming story of Angie, but also gave me hope. A fantastic read and I highly recommend it.
