this is a 3-4 star beginning and middle and a 4-5 star ending. depending on personal tastes.

I too am not a fan of Zach. But the story doesn’t have one main character and this book finished the past which I felt the author went too far into. although it completes it I’m glad the past parts on Terra are seemingly over. it seems like we will now get past parts on the infinite realm character and the framework, which is more interesting.

after getting Zach’s perspective, I understand his mindset more just like I got to understand Ryun’s mindset in book 1. I like how he has turned out, he isn’t me and I cannot expect him to do what I would do. he is a character I cannot fully understand nor would I make the same decisions. but his growth has made an increase in intrigue by the end of the book. I like his powers and I see some of what the author is directing towards. Zach’s direct actions I believe make the foundations for more plot than Ryun’s simply because his actions are always a bigger consequence. While Ryun does big and great thing we love to see, he gets thing affected to him and his immediate. Zach does things that impact everyone, which just keeps making the story grow. he is an important piece with a different path than Ryun. They are most likely destined to meet and I can only hope that as they grow they also understand themselves more and can move on from their Past and weaker selves and become the evolved forms we hope.

this has been a great ride I’m very thankful for 36 hours of content as 8 hr books for the same price are just too short. I look forward to pre ordering book 3 coming Jul 19 if no delays. Tournaments are always awesome. I enjoyed YuYu Hakusho dark tournament. I loved DBZ Cell games and DB Super’s tournament. I loved the hunter x hunter rank tournaments and see how the end of book 2 has the infinite realms, phantom Troupe! very cool!
