To start, honestly there are certain sound effects and things that really make the story fun, when the MC is using coms they add a radio noise, when it’s his internal dialogue they add just a light echo, it’s really cool. anyway, got this because I like anti hero/villain stories where they’re not psychotic just unlucky and the MC isn’t a lunatic, he’s got some anger problems which aren’t crazy, he usually listens to his voices of reason, (his harem). it’s got a lot of tropes, the harem isn’t unbelievable, there’s no rape or anything, he treats his slaves like people, not just objects to do what he wants with, all in all, buying the next book now.
