This book, like others in the series, may have trigger warnings for some listeners.
Doc has been quiet throughout his years at the MC, doing his job and saving his club members, his family. He has never told anyone what happened to him and wanted it kept just so. Until the night he carries Joanna and feels this immediate connection. He wants to be close to someone, and Joanna’s torment screams at him to do more than help her; Doc has to save this woman and show her there is life ready and waiting to be experienced.
So far I have enjoyed the previous narrators. Avery and Conner are growing into their accents and I cannot wait to hear more from them!
On to the next!
