The book is fantastic. Traction contains all of the tools, and instructions on how to use them to increase, solve issues, gain traction, and allow the owner to let go of the vine.
But consider that Traction is similar to IKEA furniture: The best and fastest way to construct it is by watching or using someone who has built it before. The instructions may be more complex or confusing if you don’t have someone to help you put it together. Having the instruction book is super helpful.
What we have found in our company, using this book as a guide, it is MUCH better and faster when we selected an EOS implementer. There has been such a dramatic change in our traction within the first month of having the implementer. Do yourselves a favor and with the book for each of your team members, hire an implementer like Jay Berkeley and Autobahn Consultants.
