This story is waaaay out there. The plot twists and turns quite frequently, and some of the images it painted in my mind I really wish would leave, but all in all the story is… tasty.

For several chapters I wasn’t even sure who the main character was supposed to be, and a few times I thought that maybe a new character was going to be the main character, and everything up until then was just a big Hitchhikers Guide style prologue. But that might honestly have been sleeping deprivation. XD

Anyway, if you can handle a D&D like setting, and God of War levels of gore and sex, this is the book for you. There’s also a good deal of levity and ironic humor to break things up. Amazing performance, ridiculous writing, and I’m looking forward to the next book to see where the actual hell this story is going.
